Heartfolio collects as little about you as it can, and uses what it does collect only to deliver the keepsake you asked for and to support you afterwards.
What we collect
The details you enter to personalize a keepsake — such as a date, a place, a name or a short message. These are used to generate your artwork.
Your email address, so we can deliver your files and answer you if something goes wrong.
Basic technical information your browser sends, such as language preference and device type, used to show the site correctly.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes them under their own terms.
We do not use your personalization details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Cookies and preferences
We store your language choice and your light/dark preference in your browser so the site opens the way you left it. These are functional preferences, not tracking.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to heartfolioapp@gmail.com and we will act on it.
