Terms & Conditions

Heartfolio sells personalized digital artwork — files you download. No physical item is produced, printed or posted, and printing and framing are not included in any price.

Each keepsake is generated from the details you provide, so no two are identical.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for the sale and whose terms apply to the transaction itself.

Files are made available for download as soon as your keepsake is complete and payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital and immediate; there is no shipment to track.

If a download fails or a file is unusable, write to heartfolioapp@gmail.com and we will re-issue it.

The details you supply remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use any name, photograph or text you provide.

Your finished keepsake is yours to print, display and give as a gift, for personal use. Reselling or redistributing Heartfolio artwork as your own product is not permitted.

Some keepsakes are still in development and are shown with a waitlist or coming-soon marker. Listing a keepsake is not a promise of a launch date.
