Heartfolio sells personalized digital files that are generated for you and delivered immediately. That shapes how refunds work — but it is never an excuse to leave you with something broken.
Before you buy
You can change every detail of your keepsake — the date, the place, the wording, the mood — as many times as you like before you download it. Nothing is final until you do.
When we will put things right
If your files will not download, arrive damaged or unusable, do not match what you created, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you.
If a detail was rendered incorrectly by us, we will correct and re-issue your keepsake at no cost.
Personalized digital goods
Because each keepsake is made to your details and delivered as an immediate download, it cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. A change of mind after downloading is not automatically refundable.
Any statutory right to cancel that applies where you live is unaffected by this policy.

Write to heartfolioapp@gmail.com with the email address you used and what went wrong. A screenshot helps but is not required. We read and respond to every request.
